Hello from Safe Haven!

Just a reminder about our free drop-in crisis mental health service for 11 to 17 years olds.

 We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays (5-8pm) and Thursdays (5-7pm) all year round and are located at The Pallant Centre, Havant, PO9 1BE.  

If you know of any young people who would benefit from mental health support then please share our information with them.  We are able to provide 1:1 emotional support and have a group room where young people are able to relax, make friends, do arts and crafts and engage in our weekly wellbeing topics. 

This month we will be discussing managing suicidal thoughts, managing low moods and how to have healthy friendships. We will also be celebrating Youth Mental Health Day so keep an eye out on social media to see what we get up to...

Please find attached our poster. It would be greatly appreciated if you could share this with young people, parents / carers and colleagues.
